So had to match a shelf in a fancy cabinet to fit with fancy locking who-dackys-whats-it… hopefully the tolerances are forgiving… which to be fair they should be.

The client will stain the rimu to get a close-ish match So we we give some of the off cuts so they play around with different stains and mixes. The client only want's to close enough and to be honest they didn't mind if it was made from MDF and they were going to just paint it. They should be able to get a close match now.
